Strengthening Social Cohesion – 39th Intercultural Weeks
The Intercultural Weeks bring together more than 600 cities and municipalities to promote diversity and social cohesion. In and around Landshut, over 30 municipalities, associations, civil society organizations, and public institutions have collaborated to create a diverse program.
People from different backgrounds, religions, and cultures enrich our region and everyday life. Migration and integration are global challenges, but they are also shared responsibilities that we, as a modern country of immigration, must actively address. Today, more than one quarter of the population has a migration background.
The theme, "Strengthening Social Cohesion," is both a commitment and an invitation. Together, we can create opportunities for dialogue, reduce prejudice, and build communities where everyone feels welcome and included.
We invite you to enjoy a varied program of workshops, films, lectures, and cultural events. Discover new perspectives, connect with others, and join us in promoting a respectful and diverse society.
